Oddy Adventure does not collect any Personal Data or Usage Data. We do not use Your data to provide or improve the Service because no data is collected. By using the Service, You can be assured that Your privacy is fully protected.

Since no data is collected, no retention periods apply. Upon uninstallation of the Application, any locally stored game preferences on Your Device are permanently deleted. No information is transferred to or maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. No cross-border data transfers occur.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. However, since We do not collect any Personal Data, there is no data to delete. Any locally stored game progress on Your Device is permanently removed when You uninstall the Application.

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, no Personal Data would be transferred because no Personal Data is collected or stored.

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency). However, since We collect no Personal Data, We have no data to disclose.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Since Our Application does not collect any data from any user regardless of age, it is inherently compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.
